Your life must not focus on your job. Your domesticity is also very important, therefore is your health. Spend more time with your household and partner. Take off on short breaks to charge your batteries and refresh your mind.
In today's work world, it is advantageous to think a bit broader than simply pursuing the ladder with rungs that just increase. There are times in life when an upward direction works fine, but at other times, sideways, diversions, or even backwards steps can work too.
